Terms of service

1. The service

Keystonas (“the service”) is provided by [Company name] (“we”, “us”). It lets organizations track the progress of interior fit-out work on their projects. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you use it for.

2. Accounts and access

• Each person needs their own account. Keep your password and sign-in links private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• An organization's admins decide who joins its projects and with which role, and are responsible for keeping that list up to date.
• The hosting region chosen when an organization is created cannot be changed later.

3. Your data

• Your organization owns the content it puts into the service: rooms, progress, photos, drawings and documents.
• You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide, secure and support the service for you.
• You confirm you have the right to upload the drawings, documents and photos you add, including any people shown in photos.
• Admins can export a project's data at any time. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access projects, data or accounts you have not been given access to, or try to get around permissions;
• disrupt or overload the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities except as described on our security page;
• upload unlawful content or malware;
• resell the service or use it to build a competing product without our written permission.

5. Suggestions and automated features

Some features suggest information automatically, for example matching room numbers on drawings or reading site documents with AI. Suggestions can be wrong. They change nothing until a person reviews and saves them, and your organization remains responsible for checking statuses, approvals and reports before relying on them for contractual or payment decisions.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, with daily backups. We may need short maintenance breaks, and we may improve or change features over time. If we remove a feature your organization relies on, we will tell you in advance.

7. Fees

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows. [Limits of liability, indemnities and caps to be confirmed with legal counsel.] Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending the service

• Your organization can stop using the service at any time. Export your data first: admins can download a full copy from Setup.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, and will explain why where we can.
• After an organization's service ends, we delete its data as described in our privacy policy.

10. Governing law
