Deleting your account

How to delete your Keystonas account, in the app or by email, and what happens to your data.

In the app

  1. Sign in to Keystonas on the web or in the iPhone or Android app.
  2. Open the account menu (your initials, top right) and choose Account.
  3. Under Delete account, enter your password, type DELETE and confirm.

Go to your account. If you are the only owner of an organization, make someone else an owner first, or ask us to close the organization.

By email

If you can't sign in, email privacy@keystonas.com from the address you use for Keystonas. We will confirm it's you, then delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

  • Deleted immediately: your name, email address, password, sign-in sessions, notification settings and device push addresses.
  • Kept by the project: the progress, photos and documents you recorded belong to the organizations that run those projects, because they are part of the project's contract record. They stay in the project, shown as made by “Deleted user”.
  • Backups that contain your details are overwritten within 30 days.
